Find Your Center   

         Take a deep breath and close your eyes   

            Feel the air on your skin  

              Lay down on the ground  

                Do one thing at a time 

                   Eat some protein 

                     Look around you and notice the colors 

                        Go outside 

                          Find your feet  

                             Sit still  


                                       Feed Your Soul

           Be kind to someone you don’t know  

             Drink lots of water  

                 Get a massage  

                   Go into nature 

                      Be generous    

                        Wear your favorite clothes  

                           Take a nap       

                              Be in the moment   

                                 Play in the dirt     

                                     Laugh really really hard
